Rearranging Garden Elements - Gardening by the Yard

Does anyone remember the TV show Gardening by the Yard?  Well, I am doing some gardening by the yard, and re-arranging garden elements.

We have some cobblestones around our pool (which we are removing), so before we take out the pool, I am using the cobblestones in various locations around the yard.

From here to there rocks.

                                  

Almost done, then I can drain, collapse, and---- well, now what with that pool space/hole?

Frozen Fruit Ice Cubes

Ice cubes with fruit in them.  Fancy and tasty.  

I know you are wondering what to do with all that fresh summer fruit.  

Chop it up and put it in ice cubes, use in any drink.  When the ice melts you have

yummy fruit at the bottom.

Festive, fun, fancy.

These are great added to any beverage.

Easy Skillet Breakfast Burrito - Add Spinach

Fast and easy breakfast.

Potatoes, scrambled eggs, and chopped frozen spinach.

I do lightly toast my tortillas on the gas stove.

Stuff, roll, eat.

Need a quick dessert with a twist?

Make a layered Bundt Cake.  

Simply cool your cake cut off the top. 

Put anything in your layer. 

Frosting - Preserves - Fruit. 

Then, frost or glaze the top. 

Put in refrigerator to come together and serve and enjoy.

Jockey Slipshorts -- Playground Pants for Women

Last year I hunted all over for these.  They are called Jockey Slipshorts, and are the greatest thing ever.

They are think like a slip, but made like a bike short, super thin and comfy won't show and won't add any bulk, keep your inner thighs nice dry and chafe free.  They come long and short, and now, to my great surprise they come in colors.   You can wear under pants, I just always have worn with dresses.

These are the greatest things ever.  No, not a paid endorsement.  I just love these.
